Fast Food

Ingredients:
1 cup puffed rice(available at Indian stores),
1/2 cup medium size yellow sev,
1/2 cup farsan or dal-mixture,
A handful of coarsely crushed papdi (savoury biscuits made from flour)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion,
1 tbsp chopped raw mango(optional),
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves,
Tamarind chutney(as per taste),
Mint chutney(as per taste),
Red chilli powder(as per taste),
Salt to taste.

For garnishing
1/2 cup thin yellow sev,
2 tbsp peanuts,

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and garnish with thin sev and peanuts.
