Cauliflower in green gravy

Ingredients:
250-300 gms cauliflower florets,
1 large onion,
3 tbsp dry roasted coconut,
1 cup chopped coriander,
1 green chilli,
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying,
Water.
Cream or well beaten curd for garnishing

Method:
Boil the cauliflower florets with some water.
Slice the onion, heat some oil in a kadhai and fry the onion till it turn light brown. Let the onion cool down at room temperature. Grind this fried onion, roasted coconut, coriander and green chillies into a paste.
In a kadhai heat some oil, saute the ginger-garlic paste for a minute. Add the ground paste and saute for some time, till it starts leaving some oil. Mix the boiled cauliflower to this gravy, add some water and salt. Mix well and bring to boil. Garnish will some fresh cream or beaten curd.
