Egg Mayo Sandwich

Breakfast, For Beginners, Non-Veg, Quickies

Ingredients:
4 eggs, hard boiled,
3 tbsp low fat mayonnaise(or as per taste),
Salt and pepper to taste,
Slices of brown bread.

Method:
Cut the boiled egs into small pieces. In a bowl mix egg cubes with mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread this mixture on a slice of bread and place another slice over it. Cut into desired shape and serve with tomato ketchup.
