Fried Masala Prawns

Fish, Snacks and Appetizers

Ingredients:
5-6 tiger prawns(or any other bigger size prawns),
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
Salt to taste,
Rice flour for cover,
Oil for frying.

Method:
Clean the prawns, devein. Mix ginger-garlic paste,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and marinate the prawns for atleast half an hour. In a plate spread some rice flour. Heat some oil in a kadhai(wok) or on a tawa(griddle). Dip each marinated prawn in rice flour and fry till the prawn gets cooked. Fried masala prawns could be serves as starters or with curry and rice.
