Ingredients:
1 cup chopped or grated cabbage,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilli,
1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds),
Salt to taste,
1/2 cup besan (Gramflour) or as per requirement,
2 tbsp rice flour,
Water,
Oil for frying.

Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix in all the ingredients except besan, water and oil. Now slowly add besan and little water to form a thick batter. Also add a tsp of oil to the batter and prepare small size wadas/pakodas. Heat oil in a kadhai (wok) on a medium flame for few minutes. Then slowly drop 2-3 wadas in oil at a time and fry at a medium low flame. Fry them till they turn golden and serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
