Red Hot Chilli Sauce or Chutney

Sauces

Ingredients:
5 dry red chillies(Kashmiri), deseeded and soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.
8-10 cloves garlic,
1 tsp coriander seeds,
1 tbsp oil,
1/2 tsp salt,
3 tbsp vinegar,
1/2 tsp soy sauce.

Red Hot Chutney

Method:
Grind the soaked chillies along with some water and all the other ingredients except soy sauce. To this add the soy sauce
as per taste. Mix well and serve with hot momos or wontons or with any noodles and rice.
