Sweetened Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup curd/yoghurt,
1 tbsp or more sugar (as per taste),
1 small green chilli, chopped,
A pinch of salt,
Water.

Method:
Beat yoghurt well in a bowl, add some water to get a dropping consistency, add sugar and whisk continuously for 3-4
minutes. The yoghurt should become creamy, but not lassi. Now add chopped green chilli, mix well and keep in the
refrigerator until ready to serve. This dip can be served with sabudana (sago) wadas, sabudana khichadi and sabudana
thalipith.
