Ingredients:
1 cup sesame seed paste,
3/4th cup curd or water,
1/4 cup lemon juice,
A pinch of salt,
A dash of pepper.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Serve as a dip with pita bread, falafel, homus or it can be
also used as a salad dressing by adding more water to it.
