Cheese Coriander Balls

Snacks and Appetizers

Ingredients:
150gms paneer or cottage cheese, crumbled,
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,
1/2 onion, finely chopped,
1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped,
Salt and Pepper to taste,
1 tbsp besan (gramflour) or cornflour,
Oil for frying.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except oil and knead a soft dough. Add more gramflour or cornflour if required for binding. Make small flat balls from this dough. Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry these balls on a low-medium flame till they turn golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
