Mango Mousse

Desserts

Ingredients:
1 cup mango pulp,
20gms gelatin dissolved in little water,
1 tbsp icing sugar,
2 egg whites,
6 tbsp Sugar,
1 cup cream.

Method:
In a bowl combine cream, sugar and beat for around 10 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsp mango pulp to this cream, gelatin mixture. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are stiff and stand in peaks. Fold in the egg white to the cream mango mixture. Again beat for 2-3 minutes. Then refrigerate this mixture till it sets for around 2-3 hours.
