Berries in cream

Ingredients:
250gms black berries,
2 tsp black currant liquor,
250ml cream,
1 cup crumbled merange.

Method:
Keep aside 5-6 black berries for garnishing and add liquor to the remaining berries. Crush these berries using a fork slowly. In a bowl whisk cream till it is soft and fluffy. Then add 3/4 cup of merange to it, add the crushed berries along with the juice and fold together. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with some whole berries and remaining merange crumbles.
