Ingredients:
5-6 King Prawns, peeled, deveined and chopped,
1 tsp finely chopped ginger,
1/2 cup finely chopped shallots (spring onion greens),
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,
1 tbsp fish sauce,
1 tbsp soy sauce,
1 tsp sugar,
2 tbsp sesame seeds,
1 egg white,
Bread slices,
Oil for frying.
Method:
In a bowl combine all the ingredients except sesame seeds, bread and oil for frying. Let this marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil for frying in a wok. Cut each bread slice diagonally into 4 triangles. Spread the prawns mixture on each pieces, roll into sesame seeds and drop them into oil. Fry them till
they turn crisp. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
