Ingredients:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil,
1/3 cup red wine vinegar,
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste,
Dijon Mustard as per taste.
Method:
Whisk together vinegar, salt and pepper. Then add mustard and again whisk. Then slowly add oil whisking together. Use this dressing in any salad.
