Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
2 medium stalks of broccoli,
4 tbsp Oyster sauce,
1/2 tsp sugar,
3/4 tsp Tapioca starch,
1 tsp light soy sauce,
1/4 cup water,
Few drops of sesame oil,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
Salt to taste.

Method:
Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add salt and broccoli florets, stir well. Add water and cover and cook for few minutes on medium-high flame. Uncover and drain if any water is left. In a saucepan, combine Oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and Tapioca starch and cook till it thickens. Add broccoli, stir to coat and transfer to serving bowl.
