Tarragon Butter is usually served over fish steaks or grilled chicken. But it taste great even with grilled vegetables. Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted Butter, at room temperature,
1/2 tblsp Fresh Tarragon; chopped,
1 tsp Dijon mustard,
A pinch of Kosher Salt,
Grilled vegetables to serve.
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, tarragon, mustard and salt and blend together with a hand blender or a whisk. Serve on hot grilled vegetables.
Tarragon butter can be stored into a plastic wrap. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate. Use it as spread (let it warm at room temperature before use) or sauce (melt on food before serving).
