Tarragon Butter with Grilled Vegetables

Tarragon Butter is usually served over fish steaks or grilled chicken. But it taste great even with grilled vegetables. Here’s the recipe.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup unsalted Butter, at room temperature,

1/2 tblsp Fresh Tarragon; chopped,

1 tsp Dijon mustard,

A pinch of Kosher Salt,

Grilled vegetables to serve.

Method:

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, tarragon, mustard and salt and blend together with a hand blender or a whisk. Serve on hot grilled vegetables.

Tarragon butter can be stored into a plastic wrap. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate. Use it as spread (let it warm at room temperature before use) or sauce (melt on food before serving).
