Ingredients:
2 peaches,
1 pint blackberries,
1/2 pint strawberries,
1/2 tsp ground cardamom,
5 cups of water.
Method:
Bring the water to boil in a pot. Drop the peaches and blanch them for half a minute. Drain and put them into cold water. Keep them in it for a minute and drain. Peel off their skin and slice them. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients with the sliced peaches and chill before you serve.
