Cafe Mocha Cocoa

Ingredients: (Serves 2) Time: 15-20 minutes
4 tbsp cocoa powder,
1/4 cup sugar,
1 cup hot milk,
1/2 cup fresh cream,
1/2 cup boiling water,
2 tsp instant coffee,
2 cups boiling water,

Method:
Dissolve cocoa in boiling water. Heat and add sugar to the milk. Remove from flame, add coffee dissolved in water. Beat for 5-10 minutes. Add cream and again beat till frothy.
