Ingredients:
500gms maida (refined wheat flour),
10gms yeast,
40gms fat (oil or melted butter),
10gms sugar,
5-10gms salt,
300gms water.

Method:
Mix together maida, yeast, sugar and salt till its consistency is like bread crumbs. Then add water and knead the dough. Now spread fat onto your palms and knead the dough again for 10 minutes. Then rub the dough so that there are no pores on the dough. This helps air formation in the dough. Now cover and keep this dough aside for 15 minutes. Later divide this dough into portions to make the pizza base. Take a portion, dust with little flour and roll into a flat round that is little thick than roti/chapati. Place the base on the baking dish. Use a fork or a knife to prick the prepared pizza base. Cover and set aside for another 5-7 minutes. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 300 degrees C. Place the baking tray into the oven and bake the base from both sides at 200 degrees C for 6-7 minutes. Remove and top with your favorite toppings.
