Cheese Fingers

Ingredients:

200gms or 7 ounces Mozzarella cheese; cut into fingers,

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,

Salt and pepper to taste,

2 tsp mustard paste,

Oil for frying.

Method:

Mix together mustard paste, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Dip each cheese finger into this mixture, then roll it into the bread crumbs, then again dip it into the marinade and lastly roll into the bread crumbs. Similarly prepare all the fingers. Heat oil in a pan, when hot fry these fingers till crisp on a medium flame.
