Rinky you can dip the balls in eggs and roll them in bread crumbs before cooking. Gives a crispy taste to it. Sorry I almost forgot doing that!

I didn’t understand recipe Cheese Chicken Balls. It is said that mix all the ingredients except, bread slices, eggs and bread crumbs. But till the end of the recipe eggs are not mentioned, why they are to be used? Are they just used to keep aside?
