Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 cup boneless chicken; cut into cubes,
Bread rolls,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
Lettuce leaves as per choice,
1-2 greens of spring onions,
Mayonnaise as per taste,
Butter,
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste and salt and fry or grill the chicken till it is cooked. Cut this chicken into very fine pieces (shreds). Then mix it with mayonnaise, and pepper and mix well. Chop few lettuce leaves and spring onions and add to this stuffing. Cut the bread rolls into two pieces, butter them and spread the stuffing over one slice and cover with another.
