Macaroni in cheese sauce

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked Macaroni,
1/4 cup sieved flour, (maida)
1/4 cup butter,
1 cup milk,
1 cup cream,
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese,
1/2 cup bread crumbs,
Freshly ground pepper,
Salt to taste.

Method:
In a bowl mix together flour, salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the blended flour mixture. Pour milk and cream and boil it stirring continously. Cook over medium flame for 10 minutes. Now add cheddar cheese small portions at a time, keep mixing and cook over medium flame till the cheese melts. Then add macaroni mix well to coat with the cheese sauce. Once done, transfer it into a baking dish and spread bread crumbs over it. Bake it at 360 degrees till the top layer turns golden brown.
