Orange Marmalade Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

1/2 ham (approx 2-3 pounds); cooked,

1/2 jar of orange marmalade,

1/4 cup spicy mustard,

1 tbsp of prepared mustard sauce,

1 tbsp honey,

1/2 tsp ground cloves,

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg,

Some whole cloves.

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the ham in a roasting pan, on the rack, fat side upwards. Score the fat of the ham in a diamond shape pattern and poke in whole cloves at the diamond tips. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix them until well blended. Divide this marinade into two portions. Refrigerate one portion while brush the other over the ham. Now bake the ham at the same temperature for around 2 hours. Brush the remaining marinade over the ham every 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
