Ingredients: 6 strawberries, 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 cup whole fat milk, (try low fat if you want a low calorie smoothie) 1 cup water, 2 tbsp skim milk powder.
