Zucchini Chilli Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients:
250gms spaghetti,
5-6 zucchini; thinly sliced,
2 red chillies; thinly sliced,
3-4 pods of garlic; minced,
1 tsp finely chopped parsley,
1/4 cup olive oil,
Juice of 1 lemon,
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Boil the spaghetti as per instructions on the package. Drain them and toss little oil, set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and red chilli and roast for a minutes. Then add the zucchini slices and fry them till crisp. Meanwhile add lemon juice and parsley to the spaghetti and toss well. Add the spaghett to the pan and then season with salt and pepper. Toss well before you serve.
