Feeling hungry? And you cannot wait till you cook your meal? Then here is an interesting 10 minute pasta recipe (not the traditional way) that is easy to cook, in less time and will satisy your hunger.

Ingredients:
2 cups shell pasta or macaroni (or any pasta),
2 small white onions; finely chopped,
10-12 cloves of garlic; finely chopped,
1 tomato; finely chopped (optional),
1 cup sliced mushrooms,
Red chilli flakes to taste,
Mixed dry herbs to taste,
Salt to taste,
Olive oil for frying,
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or your favorite cheese,
2 tbsp chopped parsley.

Method:
Boil the pasta in water with little salt, till al dente. Drain and toss with little oil.
Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add garlic, mushroom and onion, cover with lid and cook till onion turns transparent and mushrooms are cooked. Add tomatoes, parsley, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Then season with chilli flakes and herbs. Add the pasta and combine well. Season with salt, stir and add cheese. Mix well, let the cheese melt and serve immediately.
