Anjeer Paak (Dry Fig Pudding)
Ingredients:
2 cups dry figs (Anjeer); soak them in water for a couple of minutes, drain, dry them and chop them into small pieces,
1 tsp ground elaichi (green cardamom),
250ml milk,
4 tbsp sugar,
Sliced Almonds and Pistachios
Method:
In a pot add milk, dry figs and sugar and cook until milk is reduced. Then add ground elaichi, mix and switch off the flame. Serve in a bowl and garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.
