Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts; drained and chopped (or use whole hearts if you like),
1 cup mayonnaise.
1 cup cream cheese,
1 green onion; finely chopped,
1 small tomato; finely chopped,
A dash of garlic powder,
1 tsp sweet paprika.
Method:
Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and whip well. Add rest of the ingredients and blend well. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned and serve with assorted crackers or vegetables.
