Baingan Bharta (Method 2)

Ingredients:
1 big baingan(eggplant),
1/2 cup thick curd,
1 large onion, finely chopped,
1 tbsp groundnut powder,
1 tsp finely chopped green chilli,
Salt to taste,
Chopped coriander to garnish.

Method:
Cook the baingan(eggplant) either on the stove or if you do no like the smoky smell cook it in the microwave after piercing with a fork until done. You can also roast it in an oven. Once cooked peel off the skin and mash well.
In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients together mix well and serve with dal-rice.
