Ingredients: (Makes 20-22 balls)
20-22 large green olives stuffed with pimento,
1/2 cup all purpose flour,
1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded,
Paprika to taste,
Hot pepper sauce to taste,
1/4 cup butter; at room temperature,
1/2 tsp dried rosemary.

Method:
Cream the butter and add flour, cheese, paprika, pepper sauce and rosemary and mix well. You can prepare this mixture and let it stand in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight. While preparing, divide the mixture into equal portions to match the number of olives. Take a portion of the mixture, flatten it on your palm, place and olive into it and cover it with the cheese mixture to form a ball. Similarly prepare all the cheese olive balls. Place these balls in a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheat oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Let it stand for several minutes before you serve since it tastes best at room temperature.

TIP:
These balls are an ideal appetizer for parties. You can prepare the balls and refrigerate a day before the party and bake them only just 15 minutes before the party.
