Ingredients:
6 big mackerels,
1 fresh coconut, grated,
5-6 green chillies,
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves,
1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds),
5-6 flakes garlic,
1/2 inch ginger,
Juice of 1 lemon ,
1/2 tsp sugar,
Salt to taste,
1/2 cup rice flour,
Oil for frying.

Method:
Clean the mackerels, cut side ways right from its stomach to its tail, carefully to make space for stuffing. Take care that you do not break the bone. Mix coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, sugar, salt, lemon juice, jeera(cumin seeds)ginger, arlic and grind to fine paste. Do not add water. Now stuff this mixture in the stomach of the mackerels with the help of a knife or a spoon carefully.
In a plate, mix the rice flour, some red chilli powder and salt as per taste. Heat oil in a kadhai(for deep frying) or on a tawa/griddle(for shallow fry), dip each mackerel in this dry mixture and fry in oil on low flame till they turn golden brown.

TIP:
Do not flip the fish often, while frying, else it may break.
