BBQ Chicken Wraps
6 (12-inch) flour tortillas,
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts,
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese; grated,
1-2 red/purple onions; sliced,
2-3 plum tomatoes; chopped,
Barbeque sauce as per taste,
Mexican seasoning as per taste.
BBQ the chicken with the Barbeque sauce and then shred it. Then toss it with Mexican seasoning. Divide the chicken, sliced onion, chopped tomatoes into 6 portions. Heat a skillet, place a tortilla on it. Then spinkle cheese and let it be till cheese melts. Remove and arrange the filling, onions and tomatoes on tortilla and wrap it. Similarly prepare all the tortillas and serve.
