Besan Paratha

Ingredients:
(Stuffing)
1/2 cup besan(gram flour),
1 small onion, finely chopped,
1/2 cup corriander leaves, finely chopped,
1 green chilli, finely chopped,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
Salt to taste,
5-6 tbsp Oil for kneading + for frying,
(For cover)
Kneaded wheat flour for parathas.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing in a bowl except the oil. Now add

small quantity of oil and knead a soft dough of all these ingredients. Keep

adding oil as required. Once this is ready, make small puris from the wheat

dough and place small portion of the stuffing in between this puri. Seal it

properly and then roll parathas. Heat a tava/skillet, put some oil and fry the

parathas from both sides at a golden brown colour. Serve with butter or tomato

ketchup.
