Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar,
1/2 cup Blue cheese; crumbled,
1 clove of garlic; minced,
1 tsp Dijon mustard,
2 tbsp sugar,
Salt to taste,
Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Method:
Mash the blue cheese with oil until well combines then whisk in the rest of the ingredients. Alternately combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve it on salad immediately.
