Ingredients:
4 slices of brown or white bread,
3 tbsp gram flour,
1 tbsp rice flour,
4 cheese cubes, grated,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional),
1/4 tsp red chilli powder,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Water,
Oil for frying.

Method:
Cut each bread slice into 4 triangles or into a shape of your choice. Prepare a batter of dipping consistency by mixing
all the ingredients except bread and oil. Heat oil in a flat pan, dip each bread piece into the batter and then fry in
hot oil on a medium flame till they turn golden brown and crisp. Serve with tomato ketchup.

NOTE:
Cheese has some amount of salt in it, so put lessen the quantity of salt in your recipe.
