Ingredients:
1 cup crushed paneer (cottage cheese),
1 litre milk; boiled and reduced to half litre,
1 cup sugar,
1/2 cup raisins; soaked in water,
Cashew nuts as per choice,
1 tejpatta (bay leaf),
2-3 elaichi (green cardamoms),
1 tbsp ghee (home made butter),

Method:
Heat a pan on low flame, add ghee, cardamoms and bay leaf. Then add the paneer and cook stirring till all the water is dissolved completely else when milk is added it would curdle. Then add the condensed milk, sugar and keep stirring. Cook till the consistency is thick like kheer, then add raisins, cashew nuts and bring to boil.
