Ingredients:
8-10 large cabbage leaves; blanched,
1 large green pepper (capsicum); very finely chopped,
1 carrot; grated,
1 cup paneer; grated,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
1 1/2 cup white sauce,
Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese; grated,
1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 tbsp butter,
1 tbsp or as per taste chilli garlic oil. (Recipe given below)

Method:
Melt butter in a pan, add finely chopped 1 tsp ginger and garlic, roast for 2 minutes and then add green pepper to it. Add grated carrot, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, mix well and then add paneer to it. Mix. Place the cabbage leaves in a dish, place some amount of stuffing into it and then roll. Prepare all the rolls and line them up in an overproof tray. Pour the white sauce over these rolls to coat them properly. Then sprinkle generous amount of grated cheese over it. Bake at 180 C for 8 minutes or till the crust turns light golden brown. While serving top with chilli garlic oil.

Chilli Garlic oil
Dip 5-6 garlic pods and ground red chilli/chilli flakes in generous amount of warm oil. Let this stand for a day and then it is ready to use.
