Ingredients:
For the patty-
4 Chicken breasts (boneless)
1/2 tsp white pepper,
1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
1/2 tsp Mustard Paste
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying.

For the batter-
3 tbsp Maida (Seived refined flour),
1 tbsp Corn Flour,
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Egg,
3 tbsp whole milk.

Burger bun/bread as per requirement.
Mayonnaise as per taste.
Lettuce as per taste.

Method:
Cut the chicken breasts according to the size of the burger you want to make. Marinate these chicken breasts with red chilli powder, white pepper, mustard paste and salt atleast for an hour.
Later in a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients for the batter.
Heat oil in a kadhai(wok) and dip the chicken pieces in the prepared batter and fry them till they are cooked.
Heat some butter on a skiller and roast the burger buns on a skillet for 2 minutes. Do not burn them. Remove from heat and apply some mayonnaise on both the buns, place lettuce leaves over it and place the burger patty prepared above over it. Place the other bun over it and serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
