Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs,
3 tbsp margarine/butter,
24 oz/700 gms cream cheese, softened,
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour,
3 large eggs,
1/2 cup sour cream,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
1 cup semi-sweet chips,
Whipped cream and chocolate sauce to garnish.

Method:
Combine crumbs with margarine/butter and press onto the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form cake pan to prepare the crust. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile in a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and cream cheese and mix with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Then add eggs, one at a time, mix well each time after each egg is added. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract and then stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the mixture in the cake pan over the crust. Bake the cake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45-50 minutes. Later remove from the oven and loosen the cake from rim of pan. Let it cool down completely before you remove the cake from rim of the pan. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and/or chocolate sauce.
