Chocolate Truffle

Ingredients: (Makes around 70 truffles)
1 cup Cocoa powder,
1 cup unsalted butter,
4 2/3 cup sugar.
1/2 cup whipped cream,
3 tsp vanilla.

For stuffing the center-
Walnuts, whole almonds, cashews or mints.

For coating-
Dessicated coconut, crushed nuts, sugar granules or M&Ms (crushed).

For serving-
Desired colorful paper wrappers.

Method:
In a large mixing bowl, whip and cream the butter. Add sugar and cocoa; mix well. Blend in cream and vanilla to butter.
Mix well and keep in the refrigerator until its firm. Then holding the desired centre shape small amount of mixture around it; roll into 1 inch balls. Roll into desired coating and cover it well. Wrap the truffles into desired wrappers and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
