Ingredients:
For the crust-
1 large packet any plain sweet cookies or biscuits,
50 gms melted buter,

For the filling-
1/2 cup cocoa powder,
1/2 cup sugar,
1/2 cup cornflour,
50 gms butter,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
1/2 tsp chocolate extract,
2 cups milk,
Whipped cream to top.

Method:
Grease a baking tray with butter. Crumble the cookies/biscuits, add melted butter to them. Now press this mixture onto the baking tray evenly to form the crust for the pie. Bake the crust at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for few minutes.
Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine all other ingredients and put on medium flame. Bring this mixture to boil, stirring continuously. Then lower the flame and cook till sauce thickens. Remove from flame and then pour it over the prepared crust, spread evenly. Top with whipped cream, chill and serve.
