Curd Coconut Sandwich

Ingredients:
8 slices of Brown bread,
400gms curd,
50gms dry dessicated coconut,
5 tbsp milk,
1 tbsp rai (mustard),
1 tbsp white til (sesame),
1 pinch red chilli powder,
3-4 tsp ghee or butter,
Salt according to taste.

Method:
Strain curd in a cloth and leave aside for half an hour. Mix coconut in milk. Cut the corners of bread slices. Mix curd in coconut milk and add salt. Take a bread slice, apply the mixture evenly and place another slice on top. Similarly make sandwiches. Use non-stick pan, add 2 tsp ghee and smear. Add sesame, mustard and red chilli powder, fry and place sandwiches in the pan. Roast on both the sides, remove and cut into triangles and serve.
