We all crave for delicious dessert. But the thought of the amount calories they have makes us feel guilty after we have them (Coz it is almost impossible to control this sin). My recipe today will bring a relief to you. This is a dessert made out of yogurt and honey. Dry fruits like apricots, figs and raisins are healthy too. So get going, make this dessert today, and let me know how it was.

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt,
1/4 cup skimmed milk powder,
2 tbsp or as per taste honey,
1/2 cups dry fruites like apricots, figs and raisins,
1 tbsp chopped nuts,
A pinch of ground cinnamon,
Few strands of saffron or kesar (optional).

Method:
Deseed apricots and chop each fig into two pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, milk powder and honey and beat until smooth. Stir in saffron and dry fruits. If you like chill this dessert in the refrigerator before you serve. While serving sprinkle some nuts and ground cinnamon and serve chilled.
