Easy Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
2 medium size chicken breasts; skinless,
1 egg,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 tsp garlic powder,
Italian bread crumbs,
Butter.

Method:
Beat the egg, add salt, pepper and garlic powder and whisk well. Then dip the chicken breasts into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs. Repeat the process one more time and then lineup the chicken breasts into a baking tray lined with foil. Cover with another foil and then bake in a preheated oven at 400 degree F (200 degree C) for 30-40 minutes. Remove the Lower the temperature to 350 degree F (175 degree C) and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered until the juices run clear.
