Egg Biryani in minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice,
1 1/2 cups water,
2 eggs, boiled,
1 small onion, chopped,
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
1 stick dalchini (cinnamon),
2 laung (cloves),
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
Salt to taste,
2 tbsp oil,
Chopped coriander leaves to garnish.

Method:
Wash rice and keep aside. In a pressure cooker/pan, heat oil, add cinnamon, cloves, onions, chillies and ginger-garlic paste and fry all these ingredients for few minutes. Cut the boiled eggs into four pieces each or as per your choice. Now
add rice, water, salt and gently mix all the ingredients so that the eggs don’t break. Cover and cook up to 2-3 whistles.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with any gravy or curry.
