10 slices of bread,
2 small onions, finely chopped,
2 small green chillies, finely chopped,
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander,
salt to taste,
1 cup milk.
Cut each slice of bread diagonally, into two triangles. In a bowl, mix the onions, green chillies, coriander and salt. Beat eggs into it and add milk. Again beat the mixture till it froths. Now dip each piece of bread in this mixture and fry it in oil. To use less oil, fry on a tava else deep fry in a kadhai.
Serve hot with tomato kethcup.
