Ingredients:
500gms fish meat,(any fish, seperated from bones),
1 medium size onion, finely chopped,
1 green chilli, finely chopped,
2 tsp crushed garlic,
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,
1 tbsp grated cheese,
Flour as per requirement, to knead dough,
2 eggs, beaten,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Oil,
Water.

Method:
Boil some water in a deep pan, to cook the fish. When water boils, drop the fish in the water and cook for 10minutes or till the fish is cooked and still firm(Fish takes less time to cook)When done drain the fish. In a bowl, mash the fish, add onions, chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, cheese, eggs, flour(as required to knead a dough) salt and pepper. Mix well and knead a soft dough. Make small balls.
Heat oil in a kadhai(wok), and fry these balls at a medium-low flame till they turn light brown. When all the balls are ready, insert a toothpick in each ball, serve in a plate with chilli and tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
