Green Soup

Ingredients:
1 carrot, finely sliced,
8 potatoes, finely sliced,
2 bunches palak(spinach), chopped,
2 green chillies,
2 onions,
1 tsp ajwain(carom seeds),
Butter,
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Pour 5 glasses of water into cooker. Add finely sliced carrot and potatoes.

Close the cooker and cook upto 2 whistles. Remove from flame and let it cool.

Later smash these vegetables and add chopped palak and cook for 10 minutes.
Heat a saucepan, add some butter, let it melt, then add chopped onion and

chillies. Add the cooked vegetables to this. Mix well and add salt and pepper

acoording to taste. Serve hot.
