Grilled Green Baby Potatoes

Ingredients:

4-5 Baby Potatoes (or use whole potatoes cut into wedges),

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste,

1 tsp cumin powder,

1 tsp garam masala powder,

Few coriander leaves,

3-4 Spinach leaves,

3-4 Mint leaves,

5 tbsp yoghurt,

5 tbsp Oil,

Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

Wash the baby or whole potatoes. If whole potatoes are used peel them and cut into wedges. Use the baby potatoes with their skin on. Pierce the potatoes with a fork and parboil them. The potatoes should be half boiled only. Allow the potatoes to cool. Grind all the remaining ingredients and marinate the potatoes. Keep it refrigerated till ready to use. Mount the potatoes on skewers and grill them. Serve with tomato ketchup.
