1 small onion, diced,
1 small green chilli, finely chopped,
1/3 tsp turmeic powder,
1/3 cup chopped corinader leaves,
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying.
In a bowl, mix onion, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt. Mix eggs in this mixture, blend and beat well till the mixture becomes fluffy. In a pan, heat some oil, and pour the mixture onto it. Fry this omlette properly from both the sides till it turns golden and serve with bread toast.
To make the egg fluffier use egg beater or a fork to beat it.
